INTERPRETING FEES:

• Face-to-Face Interpretation

  • $100/hour (minimum 2 hours) 

  • $120/hour (minimum 3 hours) for PQME, QME and Pre-Depo.

  • Overtime is 30-minute increment. Weekend rate $150/hour

Note:  Mileage is free within the city of Fountain Valley.

Other city will be 72.5 cents/mile pursuant to IRS from Fountain Valley to the assignment destination.

Additional Fee (upon approval):  Parking + Hotel + Airfare.

Travel Time $38/hour will be applied after exceeding 25 miles one way plus mileage.

• Over Zoom/Google/Meet or Phone Interpretation

  • $100 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours

  • $120 per hour with recording

 

​Medical Translation:  25 cents per typed word

Regular Translation:  20 cents per typed word

Cancellation Policy:  24-hour notice to avoid full fee of the assignment.
