How far in advance should I book?

Yes. I provide face-to-face interpreting for medical appointments, car accident consultations, and USCIS interviews. Travel fees may apply and can be found here.

Absolutely. I am fully equipped to provide interpreting services via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or over the phone for community workshops and regulatory consultations.

For USCIS interviews, it is best to book as soon as you receive your appointment notice, as these slots fill up quickly. For medical or workers' comp appointments, I generally require at least 48 hours' notice, though I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Is my information kept confidential?
